Hotel Policy   Child Policy:   Child below 5 years will be complimentary (without extra mattress). Child (5 to 12 yrs.) will be charged Rs. 1,200/-+12% GST per night (without extra mattress) inclusive of breakfast. Extra Adult will be charged Rs. 1,500/- +12% GST per night with bed inclusive of breakfast Child of 12 years and above is treated as Adult.   Meal Supplement:   Rs. 550/- inclusive of all taxes, per person per meal.   Compulsory Supplements:      Compulsory New Year Supplement: Per Adult 1,260/- & 6 yrs. - 12 yrs. INR 840/-     Other Services:   Flower Bed Decoration: Rs. 2,500/- + 12% GST   BATH TUB DECORATION WITH FLOWER: (COMPLEMENTARY ONLY IN ROYAL REIN ROOMS)   Candle Light Dinner: Rs. 3,000/- + 12% GST per couple. Guaranteed early Check-In or late Check-Out will be charged one night's room rate.     Meal Plan:   All Room on Compulsory CP Plan (Room + breakfast) All Meals will be served at the main Restaurant.     Cancellation Policy:   For cancellations received before 15 days or more – No refund. For cancellations received before 21 days or more - 50% will be refunded. For cancellations received before 30 days or more - 75% will be refunded.   No refund for cancellation on bookings from 15 December to 15 January. No refunds for unused nights or early check-out. Bookings confirmed on Discounted Rate will be considered as a non-refundable booking. In case the guest has an International bank account, and then any bank charges applicable are to be borne by the customer. The Hotel is not responsible for room cancellation for the cancellation of flight / ferry. The Hotel is not Liable for cancellation of reservation due to climatic changes. Any Govt. policy, duties & taxes add or deduct at the time of occupancy the same would be charged accordingly over and above the Room Tariff /F&B/Other Services.
